    Description

Here is what Washburn says: Perfect for Blues and Bluegrass styles, all our resonators feature a spider-bridge and a single cone resonator design. Acoustic/Electric models feature single coil pickups for bell like clarity and biting yet never brittle tone. Here is the conclusion made after an extensive review (too long to paste the entire review here) of the R15RCE made by Awkward Sound: To summarize everything mentioned above, Washburn R15RCE is definitely one of the best resonators in its price range. Its solid construction is combined with a beautiful sound that you’ll fall for right away. Just like all the guitars out there, it’s not perfect, yet its flaws aren’t serious enough to be deal-breakers. Give it a chance, explore its sonic features, and simply, enjoy! Good luck!

    FAQ, frequently asked questions
Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?
The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.
    Who refurbishes your instruments?
All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.
Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?
No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.
Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?
All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.
What identifies an instrument as being refurbished?
Washburn requires that all refurbished instruments have a small used stamp on the back of the head stock.  This is to prevent an unethical dealer from concealing the fact that the instrument was sent to a refurbisher.
