Nice overall vintage condition. No functional issues/defects. Tilts and adjusts well.
To tilt, pull on the red knob in photo #11. To adjust height, pull on the lever in photo #8. The top will pop up so hold on to the top while adjusting.
Will be shipped disassembled.
