The National
Scheerhorn Model S1 round neck features a L-style body made of solid steel famous for blues and classic resonator tone. Inside is Tim Scheerhorn’s famed open-chamber design and the one of a kind special handspun Scheerhorn cone. The cast spider bridge is capped with maple bridge inserts and the classic fan coverplate. The neck is made of hard rock Maple with mother-of-pearl dot inlays on the ebony fretboard that’s embellished with a mother of pearl logo. The guitar is stylishly finished with our Weathered steel patina and unique dual open soundhole rings, a traditional tailpiece, and chrome-plated hardware. Playability:
No playability issues. Plays good all through the neck. Frets show almost no wear.
