Offered is a Desoutter, tool/spring balancer Model No. 5-D.  Marked Made in England, Desoutter Bros Ltd, Hendon, London NW9, Capacity 3-5 lb., 1.4-2.3 kg, Serial # 127103.  Has pull cord under tension when pulled, in metal case.  Do not know if is complete nor what it does.  Looks in ok condition with some paint flaking on case.
