Before you ask, my answer to just about any question is "I have no idea".  I'll tell you what I know in this description.  This is being sold as one big lot, please don't ask me to sell you one of the items listed.
It appears that this was stored in a location with humidity as there is some rust on some pieces of track.  In simple terms, you will have some maintenance and cleanup on some of the track and possibly on the engines and buildings that have motors/electrical parts.
This set has NOT been tested.  You are buying this item as is.

All items being sold were donated to our organization in order to raise funds to maintain the weapons and purchase uniforms for our volunteers.  We make every effort to test or visually check every item.  Unfortunately we are not always successful in ensuring that every item is in mint condition (unless specified otherwise) prior to listing it.  In the event that an item arrives broken or in less than satisfactory condition please contact us first.  If you file a discrepancy with ebay we will be unable to resolve the issue since they freeze our funds and the refund option no longer is available for our use.  To put it simply, if you contact ebay when there is a problem we can't do squat!
This is for local pickup only.  Because each item has been packed and placed in one of four moving boxes it would be impractical to ship this item.  We make every effort to meet you half way however please contact us before you purchase this item to ensure that we will be able to accomplish this.  You may have to drive to the Castle Rock/Sedalia area.
At present we have one person working the ebay listings, sales, issues, etc.  To make matters worse all of the emails sent via ebay keep going into the spam file (which is a very large file).  So between having limited resources and an excessive amount of emails we don't always have time (or remember) to check the message file on ebay.  So if you don't get a reply within 2-3 days try sending another email.  I would list our email address but apparently the ebay police frown upon this practice.
